German manufacturer Ferd. Schmetz GmbH uses modern technologies and high-quality Swedish steel to manufacture needles. At the moment, the dealer network of the brand is represented in more than 150 countries of the world. Annual output of needles: over 300 million units. Needle testing goes through 35 stages of the technical process, while high-precision control of each unit is carried out in production. Schmetz manufactures more than 6,000 different types of needles, supplying more than 47 branches of the garment and textile industry.
